It was evident the trainer has lots of experience/knowledge which is excellent, very through trainer excellent good to see film footage , very useful – Tracey Chalcraft
Friendly approachable trainer, particularly helpful to learn how to operate fire extinguishers – Tracey Grubb
All information was clearly delivered and well put across for the class to understand – Claire Burrage
Very well explained in great detail, it has made me aware of many other things taken for granted – Peter Sellens
